Exchange Policy

We give you 48 hours to inspect your clones. You must let us know immediately before making changes to the plant. The clone must come back to us in the way you received it. If you remove the clone from soil to hydro system we cannot guarantee the success of the transfer due to circumstances beyond our control. What we do guarantee is you will get a healthy and bug free clone. If you happen to find issues please contact us ASAP so it can be quickly resolved. We do not refund orders only exchange if your eligible for exchange.
